Guilin, June 10, 2026 — A delegation of 42 female government officials and business leaders from ASEAN countries, including Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Thailand, visited Integral to learn about its practices in smart manufacturing and women’s talent development.

The visit was part of the Seminar on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Women Officials from ASEAN Countries, organized by Guangxi International Business Vocational College. The program explored how AI is transforming traditional manufacturing, while examining how technology can support industrial upgrading and support women's talent development and leadership, providing practical insights for ASEAN countries.

Exploring New Approaches to Smart Manufacturing

During the visit, the delegation learned how Integral integrates AI, autonomation, and digital tools into its operations to improve efficiency and advance sustainable development. Key innovations include an AI-driven fabric design platform, automated production lines, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems that enhance lean operations. Through these practices, Integral demonstrated how digital technologies can help traditional manufacturing advance zero-carbon operations while working in harmony with the natural environment.

Advancing Human-Machine Collaboration

The delegation also observed how automated transport robots and smart equipment are reshaping the way people work. By reducing repetitive manual tasks, technology enables employees to take on higher-value responsibilities such as process optimization, data analysis, and production monitoring, creating a more collaborative relationship between people and machines.

Today, women make up 78% of Integral’s workforce and hold 61% of management positions. Integral’s digital transformation has not only improved operational efficiency but also created broader opportunities for women's professional development and career advancement.

During the exchange, delegates discussed how Integral implements the United Nations’ Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and shared experiences in building a more inclusive workplace.
