Integral Contributes to China's First Zero-Carbon Textile Park Standard

Guilin, July 24, 2026 - The Technical Specification for Evaluation of Zero-Carbon Textile and Apparel Industrial Parks (T/CNTAC 281—2026) was officially released. As China’s first evaluation standard for zero-carbon textile and apparel industrial parks, it provides a systematic framework and practical guidance for the industry’s green transition. Integral participated as the lead contributing organization, drawing on years of practical experience in zero-carbon development.


The standard was led by the China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) to establish a unified, science-based evaluation system for zero-carbon textile and apparel industrial parks. The standard outlines core evaluation principles, requirements, procedures, and certification, providing the industry with a common reference for its development and assessment.




As one of the textile industry’s first certified zero-carbon parks, Integral was awarded certification in August 2025 and fully offset its greenhouse gas emissions between July 2024 and June 2025. Drawing on its experience across the park's design, construction, and operation, Integral helped shape the standard by contributing practical insights from the Group's Net Zero Roadmap, including optimizing energy efficiency, driving responsible material consumption, prioritizing clean energy, and growing green value chains.


Integral’s contribution to the standard demonstrates its ability to translate proven zero-carbon practices into a practical reference for the wider industry. It shows how green innovation can enable traditional manufacturing to pursue sustainable growth while taking greater responsibility for the environment.
